REGISTRATION HAS NOW OPENED FOR THE 2025/26 SEASON

This membership is for any athlete looking to compete with MUAC (MUAC competing membership). Base membership includes an Athletics Victoria component as well as the standard MUAC club membership component. 

The Athletics Victoria (AV) component is the first step in giving you access to AV’s events - this includes a full summer season of track and field events, and a winter of road and cross country. This part of the membership also includes athlete insurance for all AV affiliated events. 

An MUAC competing membership provides access to MUAC’s array of benefits, which includes coaching, access to facilities and athlete support.

This membership includes all of the above, plus entry into all 10 rounds of cross country and road racing through the winter. It’s a great and cost-effective way to ensure your entry into a fantastic series of races. 

This membership includes everything that is in the base membership package, plus entry into all 10 rounds of the Athletics Victoria Shield League, which is the summer athletics club competition series. This is a great option for those athletes looking to compete regularly throughout the summer. 

For those super keen athletes who know they want to enter all the competition they can, this package includes your base membership and entry into all 10 of the XCR series and all 10 of the AVSL series. 

This option suits those athletes just wanting to get a taste of athletics, but who aren’t sure if they want to compete yet. It gives you access to our Development Squad training but does not include access or entry into any of the Athletics Victoria affiliated competitions unless they are otherwise open to the public. 

Our registration fees are tailored to recognise our relationship with the University of Melbourne and looks to support the student cohort financially with a reduced MUAC membership fee, whilst also catering for all non-University students who might be interested in joining the club (which we traditionally have many).
